Welcome to the Ban and Unban Requests section of the forum. Here are the guidelines you should follow when posting a ban or an unban request. If you don't follow these, your request will most likely be denied.
Unban Requests:If you've been banned from one of our servers, and feel that your banning was unjust, or even if you're sorry for breaking the rules that got you banned from our servers, and would like another chance. You'll want to make an unban request.
Here's the current template to be used for ALL unban requests. If you don't use this template, then your request will be instantly denied. It is in your best interests to be completely honest while making an unban request. If someone is found to be lying, then their request will be denied.
Please note, that when making an unban request, you should select the "Unban" Message icon when creating your Unban Request Topic. (

Steam account name: This is the name you use to log in to steam with.
Steam Friends Name: This is the Display Name that you use on Steam
In-Game Name: This is the name that you were using in-game at the time of the ban.
Who banned you?: This is the admin who banned you.
Date of Ban: The date you were banned.
Length of Ban: How long you were banned for
Reason why you were banned: The reason why you were banned from the server. If you weren't given a reason, then put what you believe you were banned for here.
Reasons why you should be unbanned: Use this space to tell us why you should be unbanned. It should not be a one sentence answer, and should be around a paragraph.
Other notes: Use this to provide information you think is relevant to your unban request.
